The hotel was superbly comfortable and offered tranquil pool and grounds. The room I stayed in was large, comfortable, clean, and colorful, with two beds and a coffee maker, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, the dining area was huge but somewhat empty, and the breakfast options were limited to continental/American choices. Despite that, the service was top-notch until very late at night, with extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to Chichen Itza ruins without the need for a tour. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the delightful setting near the ruins.
